For our May class, we’ll be diving into the warm waters of Caribbean and exploring its native spirit: Rum! It’s no secret that rum and pirates go together. From raiding missions off the Yucatan to the true story of Captain Morgan, rum has a fascinating history and makes its way into some amazing cocktails.
