Description
Join our Wine Director Will Jones for a tasting of four different sparkling wines. Every occasion should start and finish with bubbles, at least that is what our Wine Director Will believes, and maybe you will by the end of this class. We will discuss the different methods used to make sparkling wine, the varietal differences, and figure out what your favorite styles are. Each wine will be paired with a small bite prepared by our Executive Sous Chef, Emily Ackerman.
