Escapology Spanish Fort-Manage the venue in the absence of the General Manager and capable at a good level of managing day to day operations of our escape room business. -Manage all staff on duty. -Support with staff training and standards. -Responsible for day to day guest satisfaction and delivery of escape games. -Create the daily reports required by Management. -Responsible for cash handling, payments and guest issues. In addition to these tasks the Keyholder would need to be competent at the Game Mastering/Game
