Maria Ann Callaghan is from upstate New York and graduated in 1992 at SUNY. She relocated to Alabama in 2002 with her three children. Maria Ann was so pleased in the South Alabama area that she decided to stay and raise her children in Baldwin County. Maria Ann is married with five adult children and ten grandchildren. She knows how important it is when relocating to a new area when you are single and when you are trying to find that perfect home for yourself and/or for your family. As a mother and a business woman, Maria Ann fell in love with all the hospitality and professional personalities that each Eastern Shore business had when her and her children went to do business with them. She knew that Baldwin County would grow fast in the business, residential, tourist, etc., markets.
Maria Ann has thirty plus years in business management and six years serving the elderly as a volunteer coordinator.
