About Us

Shamrock Properties is a full service brokerage company in Alabama and Florida and was founded on the premise that real estate should be easy and enjoyable for the clients. Our team was developed to include a broad base of knowledge in all aspects of real estate and is run by David and Aiveen Kahalley.

David’s background, with one of the largest builder/developers in the South, gives him a great understanding of commercial ventures, land acquisition, subdivision building and new home construction and sales. He is directly involved in the marketing and listing of properties in Baldwin County along the Eastern Shore and surrounding areas, Mobile and Pensacola, FL. He will be directly involved in helping you with your real estate sale or purchase. Whether it be for a home or land sale or purchase, David can help you!

Aiveen runs our property management division. She manages properties all over Mobile and Baldwin Counties. With an extensive background and years of experience, her team makes renting a smooth and easy process. Our investors and renters deal directly with Aiveen and her team for their rental needs. She takes the difficulty of tenant screening, maintenance, accounting and marketing from the owners and gives them a smooth and easy process for being a real estate investor.
