Honoring Excellence and Leadership
Spanish Fort, Ala. - Bellator Real Estate recently celebrated its 2025 Awards Program at the
iconic Bluegill Restaurant, bringing together agents, leadership and industry partners for an
evening themed, “Celebra(n’ 2025 and Reelin’ In 2026.”
Set against a scenic waterfront backdrop, attendees enjoyed fresh Gulf seafood, music and
fellowship while recognizing the outstanding achievements of Bellator agents across its offices.
The annual event celebrated production milestones and professional accomplishments, while also
highlighting the culture of leadership and community involvement that defines the Bellator
brand.
The evening’s highest honor, the Bob Malone Leadership Award, was presented to Amanda
Spears Harper. This prestigious, peer-nominated award recognizes a Bellator agent who
exemplifies being “More than Real Estate” within the community - reflecting the leadership,
integrity and service-driven spirit modeled by Bob Malone, a Bellator agent whose real estate
career spanned 46 years until his death in 2024.
Harper was selected for her professional excellence and her commitment to serving both the real
estate industry and the broader Baldwin County community. Throughout her career, she has been
involved in leadership and service roles with organizations including Baldwin REALTORS®,
Bellator’s Agent Advisory Council, the Coastal Alabama Business Chamber, Coastal Alabama
Leadership, the Central Baldwin Education Foundation, Junior Achievement USA, the American
Heart Association’s Art for Heart Gala, and the Sea Glass Initiative. She also leads Impact:
Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs through Island Church and mentors new agents within
Bellator.
