in 2023 Big Potato Company's four other locations, Foley, Greenville, Monroeville, and Centreville, served 52,290 BIG Baked Potatoes.
"There were several reasons why we decided to bring BPC (Big Potato Company) to Daphne. Firstly, we noticed a high demand for quality BIG baked potatoes & deli sandwiches in Baldwin County, particularly in Daphne, where the population is growing rapidly. We also identified a gap in the market for a new, unique, & convenient restaurant that offers family-friendly dining options. Secondly, and most importantly, we felt a sense of community in Daphne. We love our town and want to serve the community as much as we can, while also offering delicious food. We aim to provide a healthy working environment for our employees as well as serve & support for our locals. Finally, our personal passion for cooking & love for creating delicious comforting meals inspired us to start this business.
