The Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce celebrated the new look of Fast Times, a local gas station, with a ribbon cutting. If you drive by the gas station on HWY 98 in Daphne, you will notice a new mural painted on the side. The new owners commissioned the mural to be painted to feature all of the well-known spots around Daphne and hope to bring the community together as "one".
They are looking forward to serving the community more and their first outreach event will be hosted this Saturday, November 19 with a visit from Santa and photo opportunities. "We are a family owned and operated company. We started in Convenience Stores in Baldwin county in 2008. We have always felt at home here and love the community. Our vision is to support the company by providing jobs and bringing the community together."
"Our family has always been one with a vision to do something in the community with our business and convenience stores are something that even most of the America stops in on a daily basis."
Fun fact: Fast Times cooks 368 lbs of chicken a week!
