DAPHNE, Ala. (Oct. 27, 2021) – Panama City Beach, Fla.-based Sage Development Group along with the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce broke ground today on Seagrass Village Daphne, a 135-unit senior living community. Poised on 20 acres of well-accessed land between the Spanish Fort, Fairhope and Mobile Bay regions in an ideal suburban community, Seagrass Village will meet a measurable market demand for additional senior living options in the region. With projected opening in mid-2023, the amenity-rich, resort-style environment will offer 45 well-appointed Independent Living apartments plus 45 independent living cottages and 45 assisted living options. The project is managed by SRI Management, a company noted in the industry for its level of dedicated service, value and resident care.

Arrive Architecture and interior designer Lori Bates Interiors designed the 184,000 square-foot building, and EMJ Construction is leading the building team.
