Capstone Gulf Shores Business Moves to New Location
Kaiser Sotheby's International Realty and Kaiser Vacation Rentals, well-known
names in Gulf Shores/ Orange beach real estate sales and rentals for more than 40
years, recently announced their relocation to 2001 West First Street in Gulf Shores.
Leonard Kaiser, Founder and Owner of the real estate sales/vacation rental
businesses and the Kaiser Building on Hwy. 59 said, “We are excited to share the
news that Wealth Hospitality Inc., a resort lodging development group, has purchased
the Kaiser Building and has plans to introduce a small upscale boutique hotel. This is a
perfect complement to the Midtown development and will be a positive asset to the
commercial center of Gulf Shores.”
Beginning in January of 2023, Kaiser Sotheby’s International Realty and Kaiser
Vacation Rentals will be operational in their new offices in the heart of the Gulf Shores
Business district.
