Southern Eye Group Welcomes Dr. Salmedina Alic
Spanish Fort, AL – Southern Eye Group is pleased to welcome our newest optometrist, Dr. Salmedina Alic to our practice beginning November 1, 2022.
Dr. Alic grew up in St. Louis Missouri. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Missouri – St. Louis, where she also went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree. Dr. Alic them completed her residency program in Ocular Disease at the W.G. Hefner VA Medical Center in Salisbury, North Carolina. Dr. Alic is starting her optometric career with Southern Eye Group.
Dr. Alic has a special interest in patients with low vision needs, as well as treating and managing ocular disease.
Southern Eye Group is home to some of Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi’s most experienced and trusted eye doctors. Our practice offers an array of services performed by our optometrists and ophthalmologists at our 9 locations across the AL, FL, and MS Coast.
