Infirmary Health remains Alabama’s Best Healthcare System Employer according to Forbes Magazine
Mobile, Ala. – Infirmary Health has once again earned recognition as one of the “Best places to work and the top healthcare system employer in the state of Alabama,” according to the 2023 America’s Best-in-State Employers list released by Forbes Magazine.
This marks the second consecutive year Infirmary Health has achieved this distinction, after being recognized on Forbes’ list in 2022.
Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to survey 70,000 employees across the United States at companies with more than 500 employees. Forbes’ list of Best-in-State Employers considered every aspect of an employee’s experience such as work environment, gender pay equity, opportunities for advancement, pride in the company’s product or services, whether they would recommend working for the company to a family member or friend and more.
