11th Annual BIG Event a Success
The 11th Annual BIG Event, hosted by Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Central Gulf Coast, proved to be an inspirational evening. From the opening and closing performances by the Dunbar Magnet School Choir to our amazing keynote speaker Kate Snow and the Bigs and Littles we are privileged to honor - the event was one of our best ones yet.
Congratulations again to our Bigs of the Year, Ben Ford and Mallory Tapley, who both exemplify that even when you are busy with your own life, there is always time to help mentor and give a hand to someone along the way.
Through Bigs like Ben and Mallory, along with our Corporate Partners, we are able to make a huge impact in the lives of children and their families throughout our communities. The Corporate Big Program is a flexible School-based mentoring opportunity, and we’re always looking for people eager to positively impact a child and improve their community at the same time.
