Jay Jennings Receives CMLX1, Named MLS Compliance Director
ROBERTSDALE, Ala. – Jay Jennings has received the Certified Multiple Listing Executive (CMLX1) accreditation and has been named Baldwin REALTORS® MLS Compliance Director for the association. CMLX is the professional accreditation program of the Council of Multiple Listing Services and identifies, recognizes, produces, and certifies Management Specialists in the MLS industry.

Jennings is now proceeding to complete his CMLX2 accreditation and is also working to achieve his REALTOR® Association Certified Executive (RCE) designation. “I am thrilled to continue my professional trajectory within the Baldwin REALTORS® organization with the recent promotion of MLS Compliance Director,” he said. As compliance director, Jennings will review, assess, and resolve MLS listing issues or policy violations to ensure accurate data input and positive end-user results on a consistent basis. He will also develop educational content for members, staff as well as vendors. “Staying abreast of industry standards is essential in reporting needs in product enhancements, policy review, and vendor support with staff, management, MLS committee members, and leadership teams,” Jennings said. Jennings joined the Baldwin REALTORS® staff seven years ago and has held multiple roles in events, education, and MLS. He is also a certified REALTOR® Property Resource (RPR) Trainer and Alabama Real Estate Commission approved instructor.
