Thomas Hospital Receives Six Women’s Choice Awards®
Fairhope, Ala. – Thomas Hospital, an affiliate of Infirmary Health, has received the 2024 Women’s Choice Awards® for heart care, mammography, minimally invasive surgery, obstetrics, orthopaedics and patient safety. These awards indicate that Thomas Hospital is nationally ranked among 4,728 U.S. hospitals offering these services. The Women’s Choice Award educates all women on where to receive the best care and focuses its research on hospitals that provide the highest quality patient experience.
Thomas Hospital has also earned recognition as High Performing by U.S. News & World Report in its 2023-24 Best Hospitals rankings and ratings for maternity, heart attack, colon cancer surgery and knee replacement. They are the only hospital in Alabama to receive the maternity designation. Additionally, Thomas Hospital has been desginated as a Blue Distinction Center+ for maternity care as well as knee and hip replacement.
