Coastal Stone & Cabinetry Owner, Stephanie Hale, Hosts Local Council for Professional Women in Building
(FAIRHOPE, AL) – We are delighted to have Coastal Stone and Cabinetry co-owner, Stephanie Hale, be the chairperson for Professional Women in Building. The Professional Women in Building Council prides itself on being the voice for women in residential construction. They are dedicated to promoting industry professionalism and supporting their networks in local, national and global communities.
The local Professional Women in Building Council stands within the local Baldwin County Home Builders Association. Their mission is to assist the association in all things construction-related to support local builders, affiliates, associates and businesses. Although they have only been a local association for two years, they have made great strides in creating awareness of the vast opportunities available in the industry.
With a long-standing commitment to excellence and leadership within the construction and design industry, Stephanie Hale brings a wealth of experience and vision to her role. Stephanie has demonstrated an unwavering dedication to innovation and quality in her field. Her leadership plays a pivotal role in fostering a supportive and empowering environment for women at all stages of their careers.
In June of 2023, the Professional Women in Council held their first Baldwin Girls Build Camp, hosting 18 7th, 8th and 9th-grade girls. They are planning to host again this year from June 3rd - June 7th.
