DAPHNE, ALA. - BBB Industries, LLC (BBB), a sustainable manufacturer and leader in the automotive aftermarket, announced today that it has acquired Budweg Caliper A/S (“Budweg”). The transaction encompasses the entirety of the business. This is BBB’s sixth acquisition in Europe since 2019 and provides BBB with its first sustainable manufacturing facility in Europe.
Budweg has over 40 years of experience and is based in Odense, Denmark. It is a leading supplier of remanufactured brake calipers for the European automotive aftermarket, covering more than 98% of the European car parc. Through its facility in Denmark, Budweg serves Central and Eastern Europe, France, Scandinavia, Spain, Austria, and Switzerland.
