The Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce celebrated the grand opening of the new South Baldwin Medical Group Multi-Specialty Clinic with a ribbon cutting. The new location is 8096 Twin Beech Road Suite 250 in Fairhope, AL. This location will house Baldwin County's only female general surgeon, Dr. Kaci Sims.
"We're excited to offer our robust team of general surgeons who live in Fairhope to connect with their community and also introduce a new service line to Baldwin County - Neuro Spine. Whereas before, patients would need to travel across the bay or to Florida for these services that Dr. Juan Ronderos will be providing."
South Baldwin Regional Medical Center is a licensed 142 bed, acute care hospital with an expansion and modernization project currently underway, which includes a new surgical department with a dedicated outpatient entrance, a larger intensive care unit, and new nursing stations. Our more than 1,200 employees, along with a dedicated and experienced medical staff with over 32 medical specialties, serve the greater coastal Alabama region. Hospital services include Baldwin County’s only Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine Center, Women’s Imaging, comprehensive digital imaging, a 24-hour emergency department, an extended hours urgent care & imaging center and freestanding emergency department in Gulf Shores.
South Baldwin Medical Group is a network of employed providers, including primary care, general surgery, neurology, pulmonology, OBGYN, gastroenterology, interventional pain, and most recently neuro spine. This location in Fairhope off Twin Beech will offer general surgery services and neuro spine services - with four providers initially, with plans to add more.
