Bellator Real Estate & Development Celebrates Its Agents
Spanish Fort, Ala. (May 18, 2023)—Bellator Real Estate and Development rocked to the beat of Fly by Radio at Bellator’s Annual Awards celebration on March 10 at the Daphne Civic Center.
Over 200 agents were recognized for their achievements in 2022. Bellator Real Estate closed $885,830,822 in commercial and residential sales in 2022, ranking Bellator the number one real estate firm along the Alabama Gulf Coast.
Stephanie Sandefur (Fairhope Office) was honored with the 2022 Eric A. Jones award, given to a Bellator agent, who in the eyes of his or her peers, demonstrates a tireless pursuit for excellence in every endeavor, with a selfless attitude and an overall zest for his or her profession. Stephanie serves on the Bellator Agent Advisory Council, mentors young agents, and led Bellator’s 2022 Charitable Contribution Campaign for South Baldwin Literacy Council, where she also volunteers as a tutor.
Laura Jones was selected as the 2022 Dana M. Carter Above and Beyond Award recipient. The Dana Carter Award celebrates a full-time staff member who displays a selfless, supportive and giving attitude toward her agents throughout the year. Jones is a five-year office administrator with Bellator’s Eastern Shore office.
Jan Cobb (Orange Beach Office) received the Coastal Division’s Rookie of the Year Award, and Mandy Bruns (Spanish Fort Office) received the Eastern Shore Division’s Rookie of the Year.
Other top company awards include Top Producing Teams, Beckham Partners (Spanish Fort Office) and Johnny and Lawanna Sharpless Team (Ono Office); and Top Company Producer, Ida Sherman (Ono office).
