Ridgeline Construction Roofing & Exteriors is owned and operated by Terry and Lauren Marsh. Terry had an extensive background as a residential home building superintendent prior to founding Ridgeline Construction. He worked for builders in Florida and Alabama during his time in this position. Lauren left her career as a homemaker and dance teacher to see the vision through and is now the president of the company. Because she also had worked for a local homebuilder, it was a field she was eager to enter again.
Since partnering with her husband, Lauren has acquired an Alabama Homebuilders License, Alabama General Contractors License, Florida Certified Roofing Contractors License, Mississippi Residential Builders License, and Tennessee Contractors License. Under her leadership, Ridgeline is a Certified Minority Woman-Owned Business.
