The Fairhope/Point Clear Community Foundation was established in January 2018 with the goal of making a lasting impact on the Fairhope/Point Clear community. The Foundation established the Fairhope/Point Clear Community Fund as a vehicle to receive donations to benefit the area. In addition to the Fairhope/Point Clear Community Fund, several donor advised funds have also been established under the Foundation.

The committee overseeing the foundation consists of George Spottswood, Mac Walcott, Maggie Bagwell Lacey, Jeanna Pilot, Beth Craft, Wesley Carpenter, Andolyn Fitzgerald, Johnny Lyle, Lucy McVay, Scott Shamburger, and Ashley Bonner. Together, they determine what areas to focus on within the Fairhope/Point Clear Communities.
