BRYANT BANK RECOGNIZES TWO LOCAL BANKERS WITH ANNUAL AWARDS
TUSCALOOSA, ALA. - On Friday, August 5, Bryant Bank announced their annual service awards, congratulating LeAnne Hartsock as the recipient of the 2021 Quality Service Award. and Matt Fetner as the 2021 recipient of the Making a Difference Community Service Award Both bankers are located in the Baldwin County market.
Bryant Bank’s Quality Service award recognizes a banker who serves as a role model by providing high quality service to internal and external customers and by exemplifying Bryant Bank’s mission and core values. This award honors a banker who puts care into action every day and delivers unbeatable customer service. The ideal candidate for this award is a hardworking and dedicated team member who strives to exceed their customers’ expectations and constantly demonstrates excellence in the service they provide.
Hartsock, is the recipient of the 2021 Quality Service award and received many nominations from her co- workers for the service she provides within the Branch Administration department. As a result of being the winner of this prestigious award, LeAnne will receive a Bryant Bank Quality Service Award plaque, enrollment in a 1-Day Disney Institute Quality Service Course at Walt Disney World, 3-night stay at Disney’s Contemporary Resort for LeAnne and one guest, two 2-day Park Hopper Ticket packages at Disney World, round trip airline tickets for LeAnne and one guest and $250 spending money.
“LeAnne is always available and beyond helpful in every situation presented to her,” says LeAnne’s co- worker and award nominator, “She is also so patient and graceful in her responses when helping us in the branch no matter how simple or wild the question may be. I don’t think there is an area in the bank that she doesn’t touch or help on a daily basis. I truly do not think any of us would be able to do our jobs without the help that LeAnne provides. She is absolutely amazing in every way!”
Bryant Bank’s Making a Difference Community Service Award recognizes a Bryant Banker who puts care into action and for their volunteer contributions and commitment to community service. This award winner consistently demonstrates qualities of caring and service to either one organization or through a variety of volunteer activities. They should serve as a role model and strive to make the world a better place in hope of helping Alabamians live in thriving communities and having a passion for helping others in their community.
Fetner, a Commercial Banker located in the Foley office, is the recipient of this year’s Community Service Award and is well-known for his dedication to the community. In addition to his award, Fetner will receive
a $250 Houndstooth Gift Card and a $500 donation to be made in his name to a non-profit of his choice. Fetner supports a number of local non-profits in the Foley area, such as the Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation, Foley Rotary Club and South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce. He is also very active in the Orange Beach community.
“Matt does so many things for the community of Orange Beach it is hard to list,” says Fetner’s co-worker and nominator for the award, “He serves as a board member of MMAAC which is a non-profit organization that supports academics, arts, and athletics for the Orange Beach Schools. He served as Chairman of the Seafood Festival at the Wharf. He is a member of the finance committee for the City of Orange Beach, just to name a few of the organizations that he volunteers for.”
A call for nominations is made for each year for both Bryant Bank annual service award and nominations are taken from Bryant Bankers located across the state of Alabama. The nominations are tallied and reviewed by select members of Bryant Bank Senior Management team and a winner is chosen at the conclusion of the review period.
