Olde Towne Daphne Comes Alive for the First Ever Crazy Cat Lady Bar Crawl Benefiting Animal Rescue.
The streets of Olde Towne Daphne buzzed with energy during the Eastern Shore Chamber’s Crazy Cat Lady Bar Crawl last night. What began as a modest fundraiser for animal rescue blossomed into a collaborative effort among downtown businesses to promote one another and strengthen the community.
Shops extended their hours for attendees, providing special discounts, drinks, and more. The Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce, alongside the City of Daphne, organized a progressive ribbon-cutting ceremony to welcome four new businesses to Main Street.
Colorful balloon arches adorned the entrances of local shops, inviting visitors to Olde Towne Daphne.
“Supporting small businesses is vital for the of the downtown area,” stated Casey Williams, CEO of the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce. “It was wonderful to see the community shopping and exploring Olde Towne Daphne.”
