The Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce celebrated the new location of Premier Family Care Clinic with a ribbon cutting! Their office is now located at 32128 Broken Branch Circle in Spanish Fort, AL. Premier Family Care Clinic is a Primary Care Office.

Their services include Preventative Care, Weight Loss, Acute Symptoms, Chronic Issues, Sports Physicals, Drive up swabs, Annual GYN exams, Contraceptive management (IUDs and Nexplanon), Endometrial Biopsy, Colposcopy Certified, and other acute issues like vaginitis, UTIs, and etc. We also offer hormone therapy such as pellets, troche and cream.
"Since I, Kelly Lambeth, started Nurse Practitioner school I had always dreamed of owning my own primary care practice that focused on patient wellness and illness prevention. I got the opportunity to open a clinic part time in 2017 in the Spanish Fort community. We have focused on delivering excellent, patient centered care and from this the business took off and expanded quickly. We went from a sole, part time provider in 2017 to over 6 providers today. We offer primary health care for ages birth to death, as well as gynecology care for our female patients. We have a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, Mitzi Thompson, with over 15 years experience that manages annual gyn exams, mammograms, as well as hormone replacement therapy for our female patients. We have become a one stop shop for our female patients. We have recently added a new physician Dr. Jennifer Griffin and she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our practice. We offer IV hydration therapy, wellness injections, male and female hormone replacement therapy. We have same day sick visits for established patients, and are currently taking new patients. We are excited to deliver excellent patient focused care to our surrounding communities!"
