The Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce celebrated South Baldwin Medical Group with a ribbon cutting. They are located at 411 N. Section St, B 100 in Fairhope, AL. South Baldwin Medical Group is thrilled to be able to expand our footprint to serve the Fairhope community.
South Baldwin Medical Group - General Surgery - Fairhope houses two of our general surgeons, Eric Roberts, D.O., FACS and Kaci Sims, M.D., MPH, PACS. Our surgeons are specially trained experts in traditional laparoscopic approach and robotic surgery, allowing them to perform complex and delicate surgical procedures with minimal patient impact and increased precision. Dr. Kaci Sims is the only female surgeon in Baldwin County.
South Baldwin Medical Group - Primary Care - Fairhope is home to Lee Eslava, M.D., Amanda Smith, M.D., and Paige McLain, CRNP. Our providers are currently accepting new patients and offer chronic care management, sick/acute visits and preventative annual wellness visits. They also offer Department of Transportation physicals and school sports physicals.
