Fairhope, AL – Southern Eye Group is pleased to welcome our newest optometrist,Dr. Hong Nguyen, O.D. to our practice beginning September 7, 2021.
Dr. Nguyen gre w up in Houston, Texas where she graduated with a BA in Management and a minor in Biology from the University of Houston. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences School of Optometry. Following her doctorate, Dr. Nguyen underwent extensive residency training in Primary Care/Ocular Disease at the Tuscaloosa Veterans Affairs Medical Center. She maintains active membership in the Alabama Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, and the Gold Key International Honor Society.
Dr. Nguyen provides full scope patient care including comprehensive eye exams, specialty contact lenses, ocular disease and pre & post-operative management of cataracts, and refractive surgery (Lasik) patients.
Southern Eye Group is home to some of Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi’s most experienced and trusted eye doctors. Our practice offers an array of services performed by our optometrists and ophthalmologists at our 6 locations across the AL, FL and MS Coast.
