Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Daphne, AL. The Administrative Assistant will handle daily clerical tasks, support executive-level staff, and assist with scheduling and correspondence. Additional responsibilities include managing phone calls, maintaining organized records, and providing exceptional communication and organizational support to the team.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Effective Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in office software and tools
  • Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, on-site environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus
